About this task
This Series B telehealth provider for dental practices (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A multi-month programme with sessions and assessments.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Romania. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Outline a six-month leadership programme for 20 new managers with measures of impact.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
