About this task
This Packaged-food brand in cleaning products (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A multi-month programme with sessions and assessments.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The team sits in Prince George. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Outline a six-month leadership programme for 15 new managers with measures of impact.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
