About this task
This Seed clinical data company (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A multi-month programme with sessions and assessments.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in High Wycombe. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Outline a six-month leadership programme for 15 new managers with measures of impact.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
