About this task

This Series B gaming platform (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A multi-month programme with sessions and assessments.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Outline a six-month leadership programme for 12 new managers with measures of impact.
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

  • Anything that needs a signature in your own name unless the brief says so

  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
