About this task

This Series C telehealth provider for mental health (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Supply Chain Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Actual against promised delivery by supplier.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The team sits in Oceanside. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

What you deliver

• Report monthly on-time and in-full delivery for 30 suppliers.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Thursday: main working block (1 hours)
• Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
