About this task
This Series C digital health company for primary care (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Supply Chain Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Actual against promised delivery by supplier.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in North Carolina, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Report monthly on-time and in-full delivery for 15 suppliers.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
