About this task
This Series C subscription commerce company for pet products (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Marketing Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Follows leads to opportunities and revenue by source.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Dublin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Report lead-to-opportunity conversion by source and campaign for Q3 with cohort views.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
