About this task
This Series B subscription commerce company for refurbished electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior KPI Dashboard Owner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. One written definition, owner and source for each company KPI.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Dublin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Document 30 KPIs with formula, owner, source system and refresh cadence.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

- A habit of asking one clarifying question early rather than five late
Not included

- Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
- Anything that needs a signature in your own name unless the brief says so
