About this task

This Supply-chain software company (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Job Description Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Rewrites a set of old JDs to a consistent standard.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Oklahoma City. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Rewrite 40 JDs to a new template and check wording for bias.
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
