About this task
This digital bank serving farmers and food producers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager HR Generalist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Roles described and levelled the same way.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Washington, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
