About this task
This Series B developer-tools company (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Groups attacks into patterns that guide defences.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain.
What you deliver
- Organise 50 successful attacks into a catalogue of patterns with examples.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
