About this task
This Agri-business in greenhouse growing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Groups attacks into patterns that guide defences.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Ontario, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Organise 60 successful attacks into a catalogue of patterns with examples.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
