About this task

This Series C telehealth provider for physiotherapy clinics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Groups attacks into patterns that guide defences.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Louisiana, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

• Organise 80 successful attacks into a catalogue of patterns with examples.
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
