About this task
This applied AI company for document processing (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Groups attacks into patterns that guide defences.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Organise 120 successful attacks into a catalogue of patterns with examples.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (3 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
