About this task

This digital bank with a regional branch network (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Groups attacks into patterns that guide defences.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Organise 100 successful attacks into a catalogue of patterns with examples.
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
