About this task
This retail chain with stores in six countries (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Wiesbaden. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Coordinate 25 interviews a week and chase feedback within 25 hours.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
