About this task
This recruiting platform for small businesses (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The company prefers a person who can come to Seattle for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.
