About this task
This Growth-stage analytics software company for hospitals and clinics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in North Dakota, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Coordinate 15 interviews a week and chase feedback within 15 hours.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
