About this task
This Direct-to-consumer brand for outdoor gear (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Lille. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Coordinate 20 interviews a week and chase feedback within 20 hours.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
