About this task
This property and casualty insurer for professional liability (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The company prefers a person who can come to Kingston upon Hull for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
