About this task
This machinery maker making food packaging (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Coordinate 30 interviews a week and chase feedback within 30 hours.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
