About this task
This boutique advisory firm for family businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A structured process that picks better people.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The team sits in Strasbourg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Design the interview stages, scorecards and question banks for three roles.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

- Managing other contractors or employees
- Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
