About this task

This corporate law firm for start-ups (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks AI screening questions and rubrics for bias and legal risk.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Review 30 AI-written interview guides for discriminatory questions and missing structure.
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
