About this task

This Space-technology company making satellite parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks AI screening questions and rubrics for bias and legal risk.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Bulgaria.

What you deliver

• Review 30 AI-written interview guides for discriminatory questions and missing structure.
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

First name, field, experience, tools and the hours you offer. Not your surname, your employer or your contact details.
