About this task
This commercial bank (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Fractional Controller for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps key controls, finds gaps and proposes fixes in proportion to company size.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The team sits in Warsaw. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Walk through procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, document controls and list ten gaps ranked by risk.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
