About this task
This digital bank with a regional branch network (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional Controller for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps key controls, finds gaps and proposes fixes in proportion to company size.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Austria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Walk through procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, document controls and list ten gaps ranked by risk.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
