About this task
This Digital-asset exchange (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Tax Preparation Support for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Collects source documents and prepares workpapers for review.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Greece works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Prepare workpapers for 8 individual returns from client documents, with open questions listed for the preparer.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
