About this task
This Series B mobile games company making strategy games (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds missing and wrong employee data.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Audit 250 employee records for missing fields and mismatches with payroll and fix them.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
