About this task
This corporate law firm for start-ups (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds missing and wrong employee data.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The team sits in Canton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Audit 150 employee records for missing fields and mismatches with payroll and fix them.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
