About this task
This Series C workflow automation company for property managers (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Sets up fields, workflows and permissions.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Configure leave types and approval workflows for three new countries.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
