About this task
This automotive supplier in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic manager and employee questions.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Latvia.
What you deliver
- Write 30 realistic questions that managers ask HR with context, such as part-year leave and relocation.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
