About this task

This health insurer for gig workers (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic manager and employee questions.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Write 20 realistic questions that managers ask HR with context, such as part-year leave and relocation.
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
  • Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
