About this task
This Series B workflow automation company for retailers (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic manager and employee questions.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Croatia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 15 realistic questions that managers ask HR with context, such as part-year leave and relocation.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid
