About this task

This Embedded-finance provider for e-commerce sellers (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic manager and employee questions.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 12 realistic questions that managers ask HR with context, such as part-year leave and relocation.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in CAD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
