About this task
This Series C vertical software provider for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews contracts, policies, records and practices and ranks what to fix.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Run an HR health check for a 60-person company and deliver a risk-ranked action plan.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
