About this task
This defence technology company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews contracts, policies, records and practices and ranks what to fix.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Run an HR health check for a 60-person company and deliver a risk-ranked action plan.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
