HR Case Advice Hour

About this task

This Digital-asset exchange for institutions (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist HR Generalist for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior HR leader's view on one case.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Talk through a difficult HR case and answer three questions on process and risk.
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
