About this task
This Public-sector services provider serving cities (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager HR Generalist for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior HR leader's view on one case.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Talk through a difficult HR case and answer three questions on process and risk.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
