About this task
This legal services provider for start-ups (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI answers about hiring, pay, leave and conduct.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate 50 AI answers on leave policy, performance management and hiring practice with notes on jurisdiction.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
