About this task
This telecom operator in fibre broadband (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Talent Acquisition Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. What the company must hire, in what order, with what funnel.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Luxembourg works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Build a six-month hiring plan for 20 roles with funnel targets, owners and a calendar.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
