This Series C vertical software provider for law firms (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Poland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.

How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
