About this task

This Series C healthcare services group for hospital groups (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Netherlands. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

First name, field, experience, tools and the hours you offer. Not your surname, your employer or your contact details.

How this rate compares

The midpoint of this range, €40 an hour, is in line with the median senior Contract Recruiter rate in the Netherlands (€40). The shaded band is the 25th to 75th percentile of the market.
