About this task

This Growth-stage payments company for freelancers (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Lithuania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
