About this task
This consumer goods company selling in 20 countries (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Illinois, so this one is for residents there. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver

- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them

- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
