About this task
This hotel group with resorts (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

What you deliver
- Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.

- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
