Hiring Manager Intake Session

About this task

This Series B telehealth provider for primary care (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

First name, field, experience, tools and the hours you offer. Not your surname, your employer or your contact details.
