About this task
This Series A HR software company (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
