About this task
This savings and loan group serving farmers and food producers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
