About this task
This savings and loan group (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist FP&A Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Hiring plan with cost, timing and attrition by department.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Build the 2027 headcount model by department with loaded cost, start dates and a scenario for a hiring freeze.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
