About this task
This savings and loan group serving small businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior FP&A Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Hiring plan with cost, timing and attrition by department.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The company prefers a person who can come to San Francisco for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Build the 2027 headcount model by department with loaded cost, start dates and a scenario for a hiring freeze.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
